About Seawolf X

A newly delivered yacht carries a different kind of promise than an older one: nothing about her machinery has had years to prove itself, because Rossinavi handed Seawolf X over in 2024 to open a new hybrid-electric range for the yard. At 43 metres and 499 gross tons, her engineering is the whole of her story so far.

Build and provenance

She is a hybrid-electric yacht from Rossinavi's Italian yard, drawn by Fulvio De Simoni for her exterior and finished inside by New York's Meyer Davis Studio, with naval architecture from Rossi Engineering. Her propulsion runs on software that shifts between operating modes rather than one fixed setting, moving from purely electric running for short hops to a diesel-electric blend for longer passages, a system built to cut fuel use rather than merely advertise it. Solar panels set into her superstructure add to what she generates herself, and at anchor her systems can drop to a minimum draw, feeding spare power back to shore. For a buyer, that means a yacht built to run quietly and lightly from the outset of her ownership.

Layout and accommodation

Aboard Seawolf X, 12 guests are accommodated across 5 cabins, including a main-deck owner's suite, with a crew of 9 keeping the boat running behind them. Interior finishes of stone, leather and raffia run through the guest spaces, a material palette built to last beyond a single delivery cruise.

Performance and engineering

She cruises at 10 knots and reaches 12 at full power, modest figures that match a diesel-electric platform built for range and quiet running rather than speed. That trade favours long, calm days at anchor over fast point-to-point passages, which suits a yacht designed around her hybrid systems rather than around outright pace.

On deck and at anchor

A beach club opens her stern to the water, a pool and a jacuzzi sit on deck for guests who would rather stay above the waterline, and a sauna rounds out the wellness spaces. A main-deck lounge that converts for evening films keeps the nights flexible without needing guests to move below.

Where she lies and how to see her

Seawolf X lies in Trogir, Croatia, and Boatcrowd can put a viewing together and be there for it. Once an offer is accepted, a survey and sea trial follow before anything is final. She also charters through us, so a buyer who wants a week aboard before deciding on ownership is able to have one.

Buying Costs

Survey
A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
Registration and flag
She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
VAT and import
Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
Running costs
Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
