Splendour Motor Yacht

A beach tender travels with Splendour, which means getting ashore never depends on finding a dock. Pak Haji Ully built her in 2018 and she was refitted in 2022, a 65ft (20m) motor yacht with air conditioning in the cabins and Wi-Fi aboard.

Water toys

SUP boards are there for anyone who wants to paddle around the anchorage at their own pace, and a wakeboard covers the other end of it, for guests who would rather be towed. Snorkelling gear comes as well, so the swimming can include a proper look at what lies under the surface.

Where she cruises

Bali is her home port, and she cruises in Indonesia all year, at her busiest in December and from January to March.

Accommodation and crew

Three double cabins take six guests overnight, so a family or a group of friends can spread out without anyone drawing the short straw on beds. A crew of three runs her, cooks and looks after the group.

Comfort under way

She settles into a cruise of 15 knots and has 25 knots in hand, which shortens the time spent covering ground between bays.

Charter notes

Splendour suits people who want their days built around swimming, paddling and going ashore rather than around the marina, in Indonesia where the water is the point. Shorter hires are offered too, a single day or three days, with room for twelve on board when she is out for the day.
