Rocket One Superyacht

Electric fin stabilisers and a gyroscopic system share the work of holding Rocket One level, at rest as much as at speed, and two MTU engines take her to 20 knots. She is a 122ft (37m) Gulf Craft superyacht, delivered in 2022 and refitted in 2025, laid out over three decks to her owner's preferences.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 13 knots, and because both stabiliser systems work under way and at zero speed there is less roll on a passage and less again once the anchor is down. Her draft is 2m on a beam of 8m, so she can lie in shallow water.

On deck

Glass is used generously through Rocket One, and her low bulwarks are finished with a glass railing, so the sea stays in view from inside as well as out. The flybridge carries the jacuzzi, the upper deck has a saloon and a dining area of its own, and the bow is given over to a guest area. Her beach club doubles as the tender garage, and a multipurpose ladder off the swim platform makes stepping aboard from the water easier and safer while she is moored.

Water toys

A Pirelli Jet tender carries guests ashore. Two Seadoo jet skis put two riders on the water at once and two Seabobs go with them; there is an e-foil, a water ski and a wakeboard for towing, snorkelling gear for what lies beneath the surface, and an inflatable slide. Two electric bikes travel aboard for time ashore.

Where she cruises

Her home port is Monte Carlo in Monaco, with a second base at Nassau, and around Monaco she cruises the coasts of France and Italy. From the Bahamas she works St Martin, St Barths, Anguilla and the US and British Virgin Islands. Antigua and Barbuda and the Grenadines lie within her grounds as well. Two bases mean a guest can choose between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean and keep the same yacht and the same crew.

Accommodation and crew

Six cabins sleep twelve, and she carries no more than twelve by day, so the party aboard is the party that sleeps aboard. The master has a king bed and sits on the main deck, there is a VIP and two more doubles, and two twins, with a pullman berth as well; master, doubles and twins have their own bathrooms. Nine crew look after those twelve guests, with December to March and again July and August her busiest months.

Charter notes

Rocket One suits two couples, each with a double cabin of their own, or a family with beds to arrange: charter is by the week or as a three-day hire, and the twin cabins convert, so they can be made up as twins or as doubles to fit whoever is in the party.
