About Sunrise
Twelve guests across five cabins and three separate decks give Sunrise a spread that turns a charter week or a family holiday into rooms rather than corners. Yildiz built her in Turkey and delivered her in 2020, and she lies today in Imperia, Italy.
Build and provenance
She is a Yildiz Shipyard custom build, a yard that began as part of Perini Navi, built in steel with an aluminium superstructure on a displacement monohull. Ginton Naval Architects drew her exterior lines and Hot Lab designed the interior, fitted out by Ulutas Yacht Interior, and she carries RINA classification. At 43 metres with a beam of 8.77 metres and a draft of 2.65 metres, her steel construction favours years of service over light weight.
Layout and accommodation
Five cabins sleep twelve guests across those three decks, and a crew of six run the yacht from their own quarters, apart from the guest areas. The owner’s suite is full beam on the upper deck, with direct access to a private aft deck terrace, a placement that keeps it apart from the four guest cabins below. A private elevator connects all three interior levels, a rare fitting at this length, and one that also makes Sunrise wheelchair friendly.
Performance and engineering
Two 965 hp MTU 8V 2000 M72 engines give Sunrise a 10-knot cruise and a 14-knot top speed, figures that mark her as a displacement yacht built for range rather than a fast crossing. Stabilisers are fitted for anchor and underway, keeping her level through a long lunch stop as much as a passage. Fuel tanks hold 38,350 litres and fresh water 6,580 litres, tankage that supports extended time away from a marina.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, the beach club and a stepped swim platform open the stern to the water, the sun deck is laid out for all-day use, and sunpads, a barbecue and an outdoor shower cover a day at anchor. A gym is fitted for guests who want to keep a routine, and wi-fi and air conditioning run throughout.
Where she lies and how to see her
Sunrise lies in Imperia, Italy. Boatcrowd arranges viewings and travels to meet buyers there, and a survey with sea trial follows once an offer is accepted. She also charters through Boatcrowd, based in Bodrum and operating along the Turkish, Greek, Montenegrin and Croatian coasts, so a buyer can spend a week aboard before deciding to buy.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
