Tecnomar completed This Is It as a custom build in 2024, at 44 metres and 750 gross tons. Her hull and superstructure are aluminium rather than steel, a combination that keeps a boat of this size light enough for real speed rather than tonnage for its own sake. Her beam is 14.5 metres, which shapes the deck plan and the volume below.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests are accommodated across six cabins, with a crew of twelve aboard to run her, a ratio that points to full service rather than a lean charter crew. The owner's suite spans two decks, a layout choice that gives the principal cabin its own vertical space rather than confining it to a single deck's footprint.
Performance and engineering
Two MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, rated at 2,636 horsepower each, carry her to a 15-knot cruise and 17 knots at full throttle, speed that a hull of 750 gross tons does not give up easily.

On deck, a swimming pool anchors the exterior spaces, with sunpads for lounging around it. Below, a sauna and spa give guests a wellness stop without leaving the boat, and air conditioning keeps her comfortable wherever the day takes her.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
