A full-beam master cabin is the layout decision that shapes everything else about M&M. Sanlorenzo built her as an SX88 in 2020, with the flybridge raised over an open lower deck. She lies in Sardinia, ready for a viewing in person.
Build and provenance
M&M is a GRP motor yacht from Sanlorenzo's SX line, a monohull built to a flybridge configuration. She carries the SX88 model designation, and at 27 metres, or 88 feet, she sits within that model's range. No refit is recorded, so what a buyer inspects is the yacht essentially as she left the yard in 2020.
Layout and accommodation
Below decks, four cabins take eight guests, with three crew berthed separately to keep service out of the guest areas. A day head sits on the main deck, so guests moving between the saloon and the swim platform never need to go below for anything but sleep.
Performance and engineering
Twin 800hp Volvo Penta IPS engines, showing 400 hours, give her a 20-knot cruise and a 23-knot top speed, quick enough to turn a lunch run into an hour instead of an afternoon. Fin stabilisers hold her steady both at anchor and under way, keeping the flybridge deck comfortable in a chop as well as at rest.
On deck and at anchor
The beach club opens her transom to the water, and a bow lounge gives a second gathering point forward of the helm, away from the noise of tender launches astern. Teak decking on the flybridge carries the same finish up top, and a second helm station in the cockpit lets her be worked from either end when docking or launching a tender.

M&M lies in Sardinia, Italy. We arrange every viewing in person and are there for it, and once an offer is accepted, we move to survey and sea trial before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
