An on-deck master suite with panoramic views, rather than one tucked below, is the layout choice that sets Bella Lisa apart. Ocean Alexander delivered her in 2020 as hull number eighteen of the 100 Skylounge series, and her interior, drawn by Evan K. Marshall, pairs walnut and zebra wood joinery with an enclosed pilothouse layout.
Build and provenance
She sits on a fibreglass monohull with a GRP superstructure, one of the Skylounge flybridge yachts. At 208 gross tonnes across 31 metres, 102 feet overall, the enclosed pilothouse sits forward of the guest decks, sheltering the helm while keeping the side decks open for the people aboard.
Layout and accommodation
Five cabins sleep ten guests, the owner among them in the suite on the main deck rather than one flight down. A crew of five work from their own quarters, a ratio of one crew member to every two guests that keeps service close at a full table.
Performance and engineering
Two 1,920 hp MTU 12V2000 engines carry Bella Lisa to an 18-knot cruise and a 22-knot top speed, with power in reserve for a faster run when the schedule calls for it. Stabilisers work both at anchor and underway, and bow and stern thrusters bring her into a berth without drama.
On deck and at anchor
A jacuzzi and a BBQ sit on deck for entertaining, sunpads add room to stretch out between swims, and the swim platform lowers guests straight to the water at anchor.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
