Build and provenance
Dreams has a GRP hull and a GRP superstructure, a straightforward and easily serviced combination, and Evan K Marshall designed her. At thirty-seven metres and 121 feet, with a beam of 7.46 metres, she carries 278 gross tons of volume, proportions that give a flybridge owner real width to work with rather than a narrow deck plan.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep in five cabins, with the owner's suite set full-beam on the main deck, well apart from the four cabins below. The beach club folds down to the waterline for easy swim access, the sundeck carries a jacuzzi, and a skylounge gives a second enclosed room for the evenings when the weather turns.
Performance and engineering
Two MTU engines, at 2,600 horsepower each, give Dreams a cruising speed of 17 knots, pace enough to cover real distance in a day rather than settle in for a slower overnight passage.

Dreams lies in Fort Lauderdale. Boatcrowd arranges a viewing there and comes along for it, and once an offer is accepted, the survey and the sea trial are the next step before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
