Build and provenance
She is a fibreglass-hulled flybridge megayacht from Ocean Alexander's own range, built in 2017 with no refit recorded since delivery, so the upgrades noted above sit on top of the original specification rather than replacing it. Evan Marshall's design work covers both the lines and the cabins, which is why the move from deck to interior feels like one hand throughout.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests are accommodated across five staterooms, with the Owner's suite set on the main deck rather than tucked below, giving whoever takes that cabin the calmest ride on the boat and a retreat away from the other cabins. A crew of six run the yacht, enough for the service a boat this size expects without crowding the crew quarters.
Performance and engineering
Wreckless carries two 2,600 hp MTU engines, giving her an 18-knot top speed and a 13.5-knot cruise, figures that put a fast passage between anchorages within reach rather than a slow displacement crawl. Twin 80kW Kohler generators keep her systems running at anchor, and a draught of 2.1 metres still lets her sit close in to a beach.
On deck and at anchor
A hot tub sits on the sundeck for evenings at anchor, and underwater lights turn the swim step into a lit pool after dark, the kind of detail that matters more once the sun goes down than any spec sheet does.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
