About ISA Viper 130
Three distinct zones organise the cockpit: a beach club at the waterline, a raised lounge, and a dining area that seats eight. ISA is building the Isa Viper 130 in Italy for delivery in 2028, a 39-metre yacht with a 35-knot top speed. A circular pool sits at the bow, so the entertaining spaces run the length of her decks.
Build and provenance
Her hull and superstructure are composite, reinforced with carbon fibre, a lay-up suited to a yacht built for speed. Fulvio De Simoni Studio drew her exterior and interior, working within ISA's naval architecture for the hull itself. As a new build due in 2028, the Isa Viper 130 carries no ownership history yet, only the specification she is being built to.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, among them four double cabins each with a private bathroom and the owner's cabin with its own double bathroom. A crew of six run her. The command bridge sits forward on the main deck, with a second galley and bar positioned ahead of the main lounge, on the route in from the bow.
Performance and engineering
Three MAN V12 engines drive her, paired with two water jets and a single booster jet for extra thrust at speed. That combination gives a 39-metre hull a 35-knot top speed and a 30-knot cruise, the kind of pace that favours planing over slow displacement running.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, a beach club opens at the stern, with the sun deck reached by its own staircase. A hydraulic gangway handles coming aboard.
Where she lies and how to see her
The Isa Viper 130 is under construction in Italy, with delivery due in 2028. Boatcrowd represents her for sale and will arrange a viewing as she nears completion, attending it with you. Once an offer is accepted, survey and sea trial follow in turn.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
