About Alexandra
Two design offices worked on Alexandra before her launch: De Cotiis Architects drew the exterior lines, and Yachtique fitted the interior. Azimut delivered the yacht in 2025, and she is offered for sale from Italy. Her RINA class notation marks her as built and surveyed for private use rather than for charter.
Build and provenance
Azimut built Alexandra as a monohull motor yacht in GRP, to the Magellano 30M explorer style. At 199 gross tonnes across 30 metres, with a 7.1-metre beam and a 2.1-metre draft, she carries more interior volume than her length alone suggests. Her equipment includes Awlgrip and Awlcraft paint on the hull and superstructure, additional soundproof insulation, and a hydraulic stern thruster.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, with a crew of five aboard to look after them, a one-to-two ratio between crew and guests that keeps service close at hand. The master cabin looks forward through two openable portholes and its head is finished in marble. A Pullman berth adds capacity for an extra guest without taking a cabin from the main count.
Performance and engineering
Twin MAN V12 engines, each rated at 1900 hp, give Alexandra a 16-knot cruise and a 20-knot top speed. CMC stabiliser fins hold her steady at anchor, and she carries enough fuel for a 1,200-nautical-mile range, a figure that points to a yacht built for distance as much as for a day out. Her equipment includes CCTV coverage and a full navigation and audio-visual package.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, Alexandra carries a jacuzzi and a separate spa pool, plus a custom bow layout with a C-shaped sofa and a sunbathing area. The upper deck has been reworked with a dining table to starboard and a sofa-and-bar arrangement to port, opened to the air by an electric patio door. Wi-Fi and air conditioning run throughout.
Where she lies and how to see her
Alexandra lies in Italy and can be viewed by appointment. We set up every viewing and are there for it; once an offer is accepted, the survey and sea trial follow before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
