Agica is a partially built hull from AVA Yachts, due for delivery in 2026, and her new owner can still direct how she is finished. At 160 gross tons on a monohull platform, her structure is already underway even while her specification stays open.
Build and provenance
Agica is a monohull sailing yacht under construction at AVA Yachts, with a 2026 delivery date. She is sold as a project: the hull and structure are already built, and a buyer stepping in now works with the yard to finish the specification rather than inheriting someone else's choices. At 40 metres length overall and 160 gross tons, with a beam of 7.6 metres and a draught of 3.5 metres, her dimensions are fixed even while her interior is not.
Layout and accommodation
The specification calls for ten guests across five cabins, a straightforward two-guests-per-cabin arrangement that still leaves room to adjust before the build is finished. Because the interior is not yet complete, a buyer can still direct exactly how those cabins, and the rest of the accommodation, are fitted out.
Performance and engineering
Two FPT diesel engines of 620 hp each are specified for the build, giving a planned cruising speed of 10 knots and a top speed of 14 knots, figures suited to comfortable passages rather than outright pace. Zero-speed stabilisers are part of the specification too, so time at anchor should stay steady rather than rolling with the swell.
On deck and at anchor
The specification includes a swimming pool or deck jacuzzi on deck, a gym and a sauna or steam room below, and a cinema, jet ski and scuba equipment for guests who want more than a swim. Together they point to a yacht built for weeks at anchor, not only for passage-making.
Where she lies and how to see her
Agica is under construction in Turkey. Boatcrowd arranges viewings of the build and attends them with prospective buyers, and once an offer on the project is accepted, we coordinate the survey and, in time, the sea trial with the yard.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
