Kando 110 Motor Yacht
About Kando 110
A yacht ordered now and delivered in 2028 carries no history yet, just a specification, and every element of Kando 110 is still open to the owner who commissions her. AVA Yachts builds her as a full-displacement explorer, in steel and aluminium, at 35 metres with room for twelve guests across six staterooms. Her provenance, in other words, starts with the buyer's own choices rather than a previous owner's.
Build and provenance
Kando 110 is a semi-custom design from AVA Yachts, built on a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure, a combination chosen for long-range, full-displacement cruising rather than speed. She has no refit history and no prior owner: a survey, once the hull is complete, will read as a delivery inspection rather than a record of wear. AVA Yachts expects to deliver her in 2028.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep across six staterooms, including a full-beam master suite forward on the main deck with its own office, dressing area and bathroom. Five further cabins sit below, and seven crew look after the guests and the boat, a ratio generous enough for full service at a table of twelve. The upper deck also holds a second salon with its own bar, set beside the captain's cabin and a wheelhouse fitted with a centreline helm.
Performance and engineering
Two 650 hp Volvo Penta engines give her a 10-knot cruise and a 14-knot top speed, figures suited to a full-displacement hull built for distance rather than speed. Large fuel capacity supports long-range cruising of around 6,400 nautical miles, with generous fresh water stores for extended stays away from a marina. Two 55 kW generators keep the systems running at anchor.
On deck and at anchor
The flybridge is the yacht's main leisure deck, with a Jacuzzi, a grill and a bar for long days at anchor. A crane on the foredeck handles tender launch and recovery.
Where she lies and how to see her
The yard sits in Antalya, Turkey, and that is where Kando 110 will be built through to her 2028 delivery. We arrange visits to the build and go along to each one; when a buyer's offer is accepted, her survey and sea trial wait until she is in the water.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
