F126 Motor Yacht
About F126
Life aboard the F126 happens as much on deck as in it. Fold-down bulwarks turn the stern into an open-air terrace at the waterline, and a jacuzzi sits forward at the bow, so the outdoor spaces bookend the yacht rather than sitting off to one side. Amer is building her for delivery in 2027, a flybridge motor yacht at 38 metres.
Build and provenance
Her hull uses a new recyclable composite that the yard says cuts back on the fibreglass a hull like this would normally use, combined with hybrid construction that brings in aluminium elsewhere. For a buyer that build choice points toward a lighter structure and a build process Amer describes as forward looking, without any change to her scale on the water.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests are accommodated in five cabins: a full beam owner's suite on the main deck and four further doubles below, each with its own ensuite bathroom. That is a layout built around private, self-contained cabins rather than shared bathrooms, the kind of arrangement that suits a family or a group of couples travelling together.
Performance and engineering
Propulsion comes from four Volvo Penta IPS engines, delivering agile handling and a quiet, efficient cruise. It is useful as much for a short trip along the coast as for a longer run.
Where she lies and how to see her
F126 lies in Sanremo, Italy, while her build is completed. Boatcrowd represents the sale and can arrange a viewing there. Once an offer is accepted, we set up the survey and sea trial ahead of her delivery in 2027.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
