Build and provenance

She is a 225 gross tonne motor yacht with a monohull and a displacement style, 31 metres long and 100 feet by her builder's own measure. The yard's own design team drew both her exterior and interior, and the build itself does away with conventional through-hulls and flexible hoses in favour of a sealed composite structure, a choice backed by a lifetime hull warranty. For a buyer, that points to fewer points of failure at sea and a warranty worth asking about at survey.

Layout and accommodation

Aboard the Lazzara UHV 100, ten guests sleep across five cabins, with the owner's suite spanning the full beam on the main deck rather than tucked below, giving the owner and guests genuinely separate space. A crew of five run the boat, quartered aft with a dedicated crew galley, keeping service out of guest sightlines. With guest and crew areas this cleanly split, day-to-day life aboard should stay quiet even with a full complement on board.

Performance and engineering

Two Volvo engines rated at 1,000 hp apiece give her a 12-knot cruise and a 16-knot top speed, over a stated range of 1,100 nautical miles, figures that mark her out as a coastal cruiser rather than an ocean crosser. Stabilisers work both at anchor and under way, and her shallow 1.8-metre draught opens up water a deeper hull could not reach, useful for tucking close to shore overnight.
