Fourteen guests and a crew of eight is the shape Inace Yachts is building Isy 150 Explora around, a ratio suited to a working boat rather than a formal one. She is due for delivery in 2027, a steel-hulled explorer built for range rather than outright speed, and she is offered for sale through Boatcrowd ahead of completion.

Build and provenance

She has a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure and is being built to RINA class, the classification society's own construction standard for a yacht meant for open water rather than coastal runs. This hull is one of the yard's full-custom builds rather than a production run.

Layout and accommodation

Isy 150 Explora's fourteen guests sleep across six cabins, with a crew of eight in their own quarters. The owner's suite is set apart from the guest cabins as its own retreat, and the remaining cabins are arranged for flexibility, for family groups or parties of friends rather than one fixed pattern.

Performance and engineering

Twin Caterpillar engines meet IMO Tier III emissions rules, and she cruises at 10 knots, a pace built for range rather than speed, in keeping with her explorer style. Zero-speed and underway fin stabilisers keep her steady both at anchor and on passage, and twin tenders, one lifted by a crane and the other by a davit, cover shore trips and toys.

Isy 150 Explora is under construction in Brazil, with delivery set for 2027. Boatcrowd arranges a viewing of the build and attends it with you, and once an offer is accepted, survey and sea trial follow in the usual order before handover.
