About Mr. K Iriston
One owner from new, and until now Mr. K Iriston has never been offered for sale. Sunseeker built her in 2021 as a flybridge motor yacht, and that single, unbroken ownership record is the clearest thing a buyer can check before an offer goes in. She is also registered to work commercially under 24 metres, so a new owner can charter her as well as cruise her privately.
Build and provenance
Sunseeker built Mr. K Iriston in 2021 on a monohull, in the flybridge style the yard is known for, and her finish is described as in beautiful condition throughout. She carries the detailing and layout the shipyard has refined across the line, evolved rather than reinvented, and because she has had one owner from new her service history sits in a single, traceable set of records rather than several.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, including a master stateroom set on the main deck rather than below, and a crew of four look after them. That crew ratio keeps a full table served without feeling rushed, and the main-deck master gives the owner the flattest, quietest cabin on board.
Performance and engineering
Two MTU 12V 2000 M96 engines give her a 24-knot cruise and 26 knots flat out, figures suited to covering ground between anchorages on the coast rather than open-water passages. Zero-speed stabilisers hold her steady at anchor, which matters most on the nights she spends at rest rather than under way.
On deck and at anchor
A pool and jacuzzi sit on the flybridge, the deck where the crowd naturally gathers, and a jet ski aboard gives guests something to do between swims. A gym lets anyone keep a routine going without leaving the boat.
Where she lies and how to see her
Mr. K Iriston lies in Italy. Boatcrowd arranges every viewing and attends in person, and once an offer is accepted we bring in a surveyor and schedule the sea trial ahead of handover. She is also part of our charter fleet, operating out of a base in Capri across France, Italy and Monaco, so a buyer can book a week aboard before deciding to buy.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
