A sports yacht built to be looked at as much as driven, Liam pairs a black hull with the low, purposeful lines Sunseeker keeps for its Predator range. She was completed in 2022 as a Predator 74 XPS, and now lies in Spain ready for a new owner to take over her twin MAN engines.
Build and provenance
Sunseeker built her as a Predator 74 XPS in 2022. No refit is recorded, so what a buyer inspects is close to how she left the factory. At 23 metres with a 5.4 metre beam and a 1.9 metre draught, she carries the proportions of a boat built to plane rather than to cruise at displacement speeds.
Layout and accommodation
Three cabins sleep six guests, with a two-person crew aboard to run her. The full-beam master sits amidships with its own en suite, the VIP cabin sits forward, and a twin cabin to starboard can convert to a double. A separate crew cabin with its own aft access lets the two crew work without crossing through guest spaces.
Performance and engineering
Two 1,900 hp MAN V12 engines take Liam to a 38-knot top speed and a 30-knot cruise, output that calls for a planing hull rather than a displacement one. Fuel and water tanks hold 4,800 and 800 litres, enough for hard running without an early stop at the fuel dock.
On deck and at anchor
A beach club opens the stern to the water, with a barbecue and sunpads for the hours spent there rather than under way. Underwater lights carry the evening on past sunset, air conditioning keeps the cabins comfortable through a Spanish summer, and a set of water toys comes aboard for guests who want to use the sea rather than just look at it.

Liam lies in Spain. Boatcrowd arranges a viewing and is there for it, and once an offer is accepted we co-ordinate the survey and sea trial before she changes hands.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
