About Heather Rose
A black-tinted gelcoat and a carbon-framed opening sunroof set Heather Rose apart before anyone steps aboard. Sunseeker built her as a Predator XPS in 2022, and a black-painted upper superstructure carries that sporting look along her full length. Oversized windows below keep her feeling open rather than closed in, even with all that dark paintwork outside.
Build and provenance
She is built in fibreglass, a lightweight GRP hull, and Sunseeker fitted her with their largest engine option. Heather Rose has had one owner, used privately, and the page describes her as maintained to a high standard throughout that ownership. At 23 metres, 75 feet, she has a beam of 5.4 metres and 59 gross tonnes.
Layout and accommodation
Six guests sleep in three staterooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The full-beam master suite runs the width of the hull, there is a VIP stateroom, and a twin cabin converts to a double on an electric slider depending on who is aboard. A crew of two runs the boat, and those oversized windows keep every cabin bright rather than below-decks dim.
Performance and engineering
Two 1,900 hp MAN engines give Heather Rose a 28-knot cruise and a 38-knot top speed. She draws 1.83 metres and carries a 290-nautical-mile range. A 27 kW Onan generator and stabilisers at anchor and under way keep her systems steady through a lunch stop as well as a passage.
On deck and at anchor
The aft cockpit is set up for lounging and dining, and the foredeck adds a separate seating area with sunbeds and shaded spots away from the table. Air conditioning runs throughout, and joystick control makes light work of coming alongside in a tight berth.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
