About Maia Fair
Eighteen knots at a cruise and 24 flat out put Maia Fair's performance closer to a sports yacht's brief than a cruiser's, and a 300-nautical-mile range means she can actually use that speed on a real passage rather than a day out. Sunseeker built her in 2016 as the 68 Sport Yacht, with a sport bridge that adds a second helm station and its own sunbathing area.

Maia Fair is a monohull motor yacht with sport styling, delivered by Sunseeker in 2016 to the 68 Sport Yacht specification. Twin MTU 8V 2000 M94 engines, each rated at 1,270 hp, sit at the heart of her performance, giving a buyer a documented, factory-supported engine pairing with an established parts and service network behind it.
Layout and accommodation
Six guests sleep across three cabins: a full-beam master suite, a forward VIP cabin and a twin guest cabin, with a separate cabin for the crew of two. The saloon sits under panoramic windows and a retractable sunroof, so the open-plan interior can run bright and ventilated in port or closed up under way. The aft cockpit carries a large sunpad and space for alfresco dining, a natural extension of the saloon rather than a separate room.
Performance and engineering
Maia Fair cruises at 18 knots and reaches 24 knots at full throttle on her twin 1,270 hp MTU engines, with a fuel capacity of 3,500 litres supporting a 300-nautical-mile range. Dynamic positioning and joystick control make holding station or coming alongside easier, backed up by bow and stern thrusters for tight berths.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, a BBQ and the retractable sunroof keep the cockpit and saloon flexible for an evening at anchor, while sunpads and underwater lights extend the day into the night, lighting the water for a swim after dark. A cinema aboard gives a rainy-day or after-dinner option.

Maia Fair lies in Puerto Banus, Spain, and we can put together a viewing there whenever you are ready, attending in person rather than leaving you to look around alone. Once an offer is accepted, we bring in a surveyor and arrange the sea trial before anything moves to completion. Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
