About Grace
A spa pool on the sundeck and a balcony that opens the saloon to the water sum up a day aboard Grace: fast when the plan calls for speed, still once you want to stop. Sunseeker built her as a Sport Yacht in 2016, and she has had two owners since new, both keeping her under a professional captain's care.
Build and provenance
She is a Sunseeker Sport Yacht from the 2016 model year, a monohull with the sporting profile the range is built around. No refit appears on her record, and the source describes her as being in excellent, honest condition, kept by a professional captain since new.
Layout and accommodation
Three cabins sleep six guests, with two crew aboard. The cockpit is the social centre of the boat, a large L-shaped sofa around a central table, connected to the saloon through sliding doors so the two spaces work as one. Below, the midship master has its own en suite, the VIP forward reaches its bathroom directly, and the third cabin carries two single berths for guests sharing.
Performance and engineering
Twin 1,270 hp MTU engines take Grace to 32 knots at the top end, power built for the fast day trips the source describes rather than long open-water passages. Joystick control and a crane for tender handling round out a boat set up to be driven and enjoyed rather than simply crewed.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
