About Lady Maria
Four cabins for eight guests is a layout built around private space rather than sheer volume, and Lady Maria carries it forward of a saloon large enough to double as the yacht's living room. Sunseeker delivered her as a Manhattan 65 in 2015, and she lies now in Mallorca, Spain.
Build and provenance
Twenty-one metres overall, with a 5.1-metre beam and a 1.6-metre draft, she carries a flybridge on a monohull, sized to the Manhattan 65's own layout rather than a larger model's. Each winter she has stood under cover in a shed, with a captain kept aboard for the season.
Layout and accommodation
The owner's suite sits forward with its own double berth and a private ensuite toilet and shower, set apart from the three further cabins that make up the eight-berth, four-cabin arrangement. A starboard twin cabin has its own ensuite, and the saloon opens onto a fully equipped galley opposite, with a separate dining and seating area giving guests room to spread out. Two crew look after the yacht from their own quarters.
Performance and engineering
Twin Volvo Penta IPS 1200 engines, 900 hp each, give Lady Maria a 25-knot cruise and 33 knots at full throttle, speed enough for a fast run between anchorages.
On deck and at anchor
A bow thruster helps her handle in tight berths, and a cinema, a wine cellar and underwater lights are among the fittings below deck. Wifi and air conditioning cover the practical side of a day aboard, at the berth or out at anchor.

Lady Maria lies in Mallorca, Spain. We set up the viewing and are there for it, and after an offer is accepted, a survey and sea trial come next before she passes to her new owner.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
