Build and provenance
Sanlorenzo is building her as a 45-metre, 146-foot displacement motor yacht on a monohull, built entirely in aluminium, which suits a fast displacement hull built for range rather than sheer speed. Her beam is nine metres and her draft 2.3 metres. There is no refit history to weigh, because there is none yet: a buyer inspecting Sanlorenzo 44 Alloy now is looking at a build in progress rather than a survey of wear.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, and the owner's suite is arranged over three decks of its own, a layout choice that trades cabin count for volume and privacy at the top of the yacht. The foredeck stays open, giving guests a lounging space forward as well as aft.
Performance and engineering
Two MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines drive her, paired with a fuel capacity sized for a displacement hull built to cover real distance between stops. As a fast displacement design rather than a planing one, she is built to cover distance efficiently at a steady pace rather than to sprint.

The stern beach club opens on three sides, turning that whole level into a single platform at the waterline when she is anchored.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
