About Para Bellvm
Four decks give a day room to spread out rather than compress into one space: a sundeck for mornings, a beach club for afternoons by the water, and a separate lounge and cinema room once the evening starts. Para Bellvm, a Sanlorenzo 500Exp, was delivered by the yard in 2023.
Build and provenance
She is built in steel with an aluminium superstructure, drawn by the exterior studio Francesco Paszkowski Design as part of the 500Exp range, a series built with exploring in mind rather than coastal cruising alone. Antonio Citterio's studio designed the interior, working through the guest spaces in wood and glass.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests are accommodated aboard Para Bellvm across six cabins, led by a full-beam Master suite on the main deck with its own balcony and a walk-in wardrobe. Two VIP cabins and two twin cabins sit on the lower deck, and a lounge beside the Master suite can convert into a further cabin when a group needs it. A crew of ten looks after the yacht and its guests.
Performance and engineering
Twin 1,301 hp Caterpillar C32 engines give her a cruising speed of 13 knots and a top speed of 28 knots, enough to close a long weekend's distance quickly when the itinerary calls for it. Naiad stabilisers hold her steady in open water, and a tender comes aboard with water toys, seabobs, jet skis and paddleboards among them, for the afternoons.
On deck and at anchor
A private balcony runs off the Master suite, and a gym with a treadmill and free weights gives guests a place to train before the day on deck begins.
Where she lies and how to see her
Para Bellvm lies in Antibes, France. We arrange every viewing and are there in person, and a survey and sea trial follow once an offer is accepted. She also charters through Boatcrowd, so a buyer can spend a week aboard first and decide from experience rather than from the spec sheet alone.

She is in our charter fleet as well as on the market, so a season can be run against her costs while she is for sale.
Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
