Build and provenance
Sanlorenzo built Premura in 2018 on a GRP hull and superstructure, and she went through a refit five years later, in 2023. At 314 gross tons across a 38-metre length, with an 8-metre beam, she carries her volume as a displacement-style yacht rather than a planing one.
Layout and accommodation
The five cabins sleep 12 guests, and a crew of seven look after them. Premura's displacement style favours interior volume over speed, which suits a full guest list travelling together rather than a fast day trip.
Performance and engineering
She cruises at 11 knots and reaches 15 knots at full power, a range built for comfortable passages rather than sprint speed. That pace matches her displacement hull: steady and efficient over distance rather than quick off the mark.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
