Penta Motor Yacht
About Penta
Penta draws just 1.96 metres of water, a figure that keeps shallow anchorages and smaller marina berths within reach. Sanlorenzo built her in 2021, and Zuccon's exterior carries that low profile through a sporty, unbroken line from bow to stern.
Build and provenance
Sanlorenzo built Penta in 2021 as a displacement motor yacht on a monohull. Zuccon drew her exterior and Christian Liaigre designed the interior, working in a contemporary style with neutral tones and natural wood finishes. She has had one owner since launch, and no refit is recorded, which leaves a straightforward history for a buyer to read at survey.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep in five cabins, looked after by a crew of six. The principal cabin includes a small office corner and opens directly onto the forward sunbathing deck, so the owner can work a morning before stepping straight out into the sun. Natural wood finishes and minimalist fittings carry the same calm, uncluttered look from the salon down into the cabins below.
Performance and engineering
She cruises at twelve knots, an easy pace for short hops between anchorages rather than long open water crossings. At a beam of 7.9 metres she carries a wide, stable platform for her length, and a draft of 1.96 metres keeps her clear of just the shallowest water while still standing steady at rest.
Where she lies and how to see her
Penta lies in Imperia, Italy. Enquire and we will set up a viewing, and join you for it; if you make an offer, a survey and sea trial come next before anything is final.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
