About Naya 7
Owning Naya 7 starts with a crew of five already in place, looking after up to ten guests across five cabins: a ratio a buyer steps into rather than has to build from nothing. Sanlorenzo delivered her in 2016, and the work carried out since, most recently in 2024, has kept her current for whoever takes her on next.
Build and provenance
She is a Sanlorenzo SD112, a 34-metre flybridge motor yacht in fibreglass, drawn inside and out by Francesco Paszkowski. At 266 gross tons she carries her length well, with a 7.7-metre beam and a 2.1-metre draught. She is classed with the Registro Italiano Navale, the society whose survey record a buyer's own surveyor will draw on.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five staterooms, with the owner's cabin forward on the main deck with sea views, a position that keeps the biggest room out of the motion further aft. Two VIP suites and two twin cabins sit on the lower deck, each with its own bathroom.
Performance and engineering
Twin MTU engines rated at 1,500 hp each give her a 10-knot cruise and an 18-knot top speed, with a 5,000-nautical-mile range that puts a long passage within reach rather than just a coastal hop. Two Kohler generators at 55 kW each keep the boat's systems running at anchor.
Recent works
She has had work carried out at two yards since 2024, including a new hull finish and updates to her onboard IT and entertainment systems, the kind of investment that keeps a proven design current for whoever buys her next.
On deck and at anchor
The flybridge is where the day tends to end, with a hot tub built in and space to relax under open sky; underwater lights turn the transom into a night feature once the sun goes down, and WiFi keeps the boat connected for guests who cannot fully switch off.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
