About Florentia
Twelve guests and eleven crew is the ratio that sets the pace aboard Florentia: a full day of service arranged before a guest has to ask for it. Rossinavi delivered her in 2020, and she was refitted in 2024.
Build and provenance
She is a steel-hulled displacement yacht, 52 metres long with a 10.4-metre beam, custom-built by Rossinavi. Studio Vafiadis drew her exterior, A++ Design her interior, and Arrabito her naval architecture, and Lloyd's Register holds her classification.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep across six cabins on 810 gross tonnes, with eleven crew in quarters of their own. The full-beam owner's cabin sits forward on the main deck, with a fold-down balcony and two walk-in wardrobes. A second suite crowns the sundeck aft with its own terrace, and two double cabins and two twin cabins complete the guest deck below.
Performance and engineering
Two Caterpillar engines rated at 2,583 horsepower each give her a 13.5-knot cruise and a top speed of 17 knots. Her range is 3,500 nautical miles, enough to cross open water rather than hop between anchorages, and her draught of 2.92 metres is shallow enough to reach anchorages a deeper hull could not. Three Northern Lights generators keep her powered at anchor.
On deck and at anchor
The sundeck carries a hot tub, and wifi runs throughout for guests who want to stay connected at anchor.

Florentia lies in Ventimiglia, Italy. We book the viewing and meet you there, and once an offer is accepted, a surveyor and a sea trial come next, ahead of anything else.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
