Build and provenance
She is a Rossinavi custom build, a displacement motor yacht with an aluminium hull on a monohull configuration, delivered in 2020. Team For, working with Enrico Gobbi, drew both her exterior and interior lines, and she carries Lloyd’s Register classification, the kind of paperwork a surveyor checks first on any established hull. At 49 metres with a beam of 8.9 metres, EIV’s proportions carry through to a volume of 498 gross tonnes.
Layout and accommodation
Five cabins sleep ten guests, and a crew of nine, working across eight heads, keeps the boat running day to day. The full-beam master suite sits on deck rather than below, with an owner’s study and a wine cellar close by, and a lift connects the guest decks, so movement between the beach club, salon and cabins takes no stairs.
Performance and engineering
Two 2,636 hp MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines give EIV a 16-knot cruise and a 19-knot top speed, figures that mark her as a displacement yacht built for steady passages rather than a dash between ports. Stabilisers are fitted for anchor and underway comfort, and a shallow draft of 2.29 metres opens up anchorages that need less water beneath the keel. Her fuel tanks hold 50,000 litres and fresh water tanks 12,000 litres, tankage for days at anchor without a return to the dock.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, the beach club at the swim platform is finished for real use, a steam room and spa sit below for the quieter hours, and a cinema is fitted for evenings after dark. A swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun deck and fold-out balconies extend the living space outward, and her soft furnishings have been refreshed since she was new.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
