About Kiyomizu
Kiyomizu's primary suite runs the full beam of her main deck, a placement that turns the owner's cabin into the yacht's brightest room rather than tucking it below with the rest. Riva built the 89-foot Argo in 2020, and the interior carries the yard's high-contrast finish, lacquer, leather and stainless set against expansive glazing. She lies today in Fort Lauderdale.
Build and provenance
Kiyomizu is an 89-foot Argo, delivered in 2020 with a fiberglass hull. Her specification has been added to since delivery: enhanced soundproofing, upgraded navigation electronics, and bow and stern thrusters sit alongside the standard fit, additions a buyer would otherwise have to source and fit separately.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests sleep across four cabins, with the full-beam primary suite occupying the main deck rather than being set below with the rest. Two VIP cabins and a convertible guest cabin sit below, each with its own en-suite, and four crew are quartered separately to keep the guest decks private.
Performance and engineering
Two 2,435 hp MTU engines give Kiyomizu a cruising speed of 23 knots and a top speed of 26, figures that put her closer to a fast planing yacht than a slow-moving displacement cruiser. Fin stabilisers and dual Seakeeper gyros work together underway and at anchor, the kind of double stabilisation a yacht built to run at this speed needs.
On deck and at anchor
The flybridge is the yacht's main outdoor room, with a bar, a dining set and sunpads beneath awnings on carbon-fibre poles. Underwater lights extend evenings onto the water, and a Williams jet tender travels aboard in its own stowage. Crestron integration ties the audio-visual systems together throughout.

Kiyomizu lies in Fort Lauderdale. Boatcrowd sets up viewings and is there for each one; once an offer is accepted, a survey and sea trial follow before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
