About M
Five en-suite cabins for ten guests is the accommodation Riva built into M, and a full-beam suite on the main deck, set apart from the cabins below, is what shapes her days at anchor. She was delivered in 2020, drawn to Officina Italiana Design's lines.
Build and provenance
She is built on a GRP monohull with a GRP superstructure, one of the Corsaro sport yachts, 175 gross tonnes across 30 metres, 98 feet overall, with a 6.7-metre beam and a 2.3-metre draught. A recent engine renewal sits alongside the original build, equipment brought forward rather than left as delivered.
Layout and accommodation
A crew of five run M from their own quarters, a ratio that keeps a ten-guest table properly staffed without crowding the guest decks. The main-deck master keeps the owner level with the view rather than looking up at it from a cabin below.
Performance and engineering
Two 2,638 hp MTU 16V 2000 engines carry M to a 24-knot cruise and a 28-knot top speed, sport-yacht pace that closes distance between ports quickly. Stabilisers work at anchor as well as underway, and bow and stern thrusters handle the close-quarters work of docking.
On deck and at anchor
A hydraulic swim platform lowers to the water for swimming and tender access, and the sun deck above gives a second space clear of the cockpit. Air conditioning and satellite connectivity keep the boat comfortable and in touch through a full day at anchor.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
