Four cabins for eight guests, with four crew of her own, sets Beyond Beyond up as a boat built to be lived aboard rather than simply driven fast. Riva delivered her as an Argo in 2019, and she lies today in Newport.
Build and provenance
Beyond Beyond is an Argo from Riva, delivered in 2019 with a fibreglass monohull and teak decks, classed with RINA. She measures 27 metres, or 89 feet, stretching 6.5 metres across the beam with a draft of 2.2 metres, and carries 156 gross tons. Her interior is by Officina Italiana, with the exterior styled separately by Officina Italiana Design.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins sleep eight guests, and a crew of four look after them, a ratio that keeps service unhurried without asking for a large crew to run the boat.
Performance and engineering
Two 2,435 hp MTU 16V 2000 M86 engines give her a 22-knot cruise and 27 knots at full throttle, with stabilisers underway and zero-speed stabilisers at anchor to keep her level in both. A tender garage keeps the toys out of sight until they are needed.
On deck and at anchor
A swimming platform opens Beyond Beyond to the water at the stern, and sunpads on deck give guests somewhere to spend the afternoon in the sun.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
