AYA II is a Princess flybridge motor yacht that Princess Yachts completed in 2021. One owner has run her privately since delivery, and she is described as maintained to the highest standards, with a full service history to back it up.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins sleep eight guests in a family-friendly arrangement rather than a maximise-every-berth layout, and the main salon holds a big group, with a separate lounge and a well-equipped aft galley that keeps cooking away from the gathering. A bespoke Silver Oak interior finish runs through the boat rather than being confined to one cabin.
Performance and engineering
Two MAN V12 1650 diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 22 knots and a top speed of 31, enough for open-water passages as well as short hops. Zero Speed stabilisers hold her level at rest, and a bank of seven lithium batteries, backed by two 5kW inverter chargers, gives her around 10 hours of silent running at anchor.
On deck and at anchor
The flybridge carries a hard top, giving shaded space on the boat's principal open-air deck in any weather. Below, a small gym keeps a workout on the itinerary, and a jet ski stowed aboard adds a quick way off the boat beyond the main tender.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
