She is a flybridge motor yacht on a monohull, delivered new by Ocean Alexander in 2023 to the 28E design, a hull built to carry volume beyond her 28 metres. With no refit behind her, a buyer inspects original equipment rather than later work, and her survey will read as a young-yacht report rather than a repair history.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, including the full-beam master forward on the main deck, a layout that keeps the owner level with the saloon rather than down a set of stairs. A crew of five works from their own quarters aft, and the enclosed skylounge above adds a second living level that functions through any weather, doubling as a cinema room, a second lounge or a command post over the water.
Performance and engineering
Twin MAN V12 diesels give her an 18-knot cruise and a 20-knot top speed, figures that suit coastal running rather than long passages. Stabilisers hold her flat at rest as well as under way, and twin 32kW generators back a freshwater system holding 1,703 litres, enough for extended time away from a marina without rationing.
On deck and at anchor
The boat deck carries a four-person jacuzzi and open lounging, the kind of upper-level retreat that turns an anchorage into an evening destination. Starlink connectivity keeps the boat online well offshore, useful for a family who works as they cruise.

Lucia lies at Gold Coast, Australia. Boatcrowd sets up viewings and is present for each one, and once a buyer's offer is accepted we bring in a surveyor and organise the sea trial before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
