Slyder 80 Flybridge Motor Yacht
About Slyder 80 Flybridge
Slyder 80 Flybridge draws her pace from electricity rather than diesel: two motors, each rated between 70 and 100 kilowatts, running off solar collection instead of a fuel tank. MAVEA Yachts is building her now, due for delivery in 2027.
Build and provenance
She is a monohull motor yacht in the Slyder 80 series, built by MAVEA Yachts for a 2027 delivery. Her beam runs to 10.8 metres against a 24-metre length overall, with a 4.6 metre draught, proportions that give a wide, stable platform for the flybridge above.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests are accommodated in four cabins aboard Slyder 80 Flybridge, a spread that gives each stateroom real width given her 10.8-metre beam. Large beds fit those cabins without crowding them.
Performance and engineering
Those two motors take her to a 7-knot cruise and 24 knots at full throttle, figures set by battery and solar capacity rather than fuel load. With no exhaust run and no fuel tank to vent, hull volume that a diesel flybridge yacht spends on tankage is free for other use.
On deck and at anchor
The flybridge itself gives Slyder 80 Flybridge her open-air helm and lounging above the main deck, and a variable-draught system lets her trim shallower for a marina berth or deepen again once clear of it.
Where she lies and how to see her
Slyder 80 Flybridge is under build in Germany. Boatcrowd will arrange viewings as she nears completion and be there for them, and once an offer is accepted a survey and sea trial follow before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
