A yacht barely a year off the yard puts a buyer in a different position: at 32 metres and 285 gross tons, Lady Luna carries almost no history to check, just a delivery to confirm. Marti Yat completed her in 2025, and she comes to market with the paperwork of a new build rather than years of ownership behind her.
Build and provenance
Marti Yat built her to a custom design, a displacement motor yacht on a monohull, with a wood hull. That material carries its own maintenance rhythm, one a surveyor moving from a composite background will want to walk through with care. Three separate names sit behind her drawings: an exterior design office, an interior designer working under her own studio, and a naval architect for the engineering beneath the waterline, a division of labour worth noting when Lady Luna comes up for survey.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, and a crew of eight look after them, a ratio that keeps a full table unhurried even when every cabin is occupied. Lady Luna's decks separate the business of living from the business of sleeping in the way a hull of this length allows, so the day rooms stay generous without crowding the cabins below.
Performance and engineering
Two 650 hp MAN engines carry her to a 12-knot cruise and 14 knots at full throttle, speeds suited to moving between anchorages rather than crossing open water in a hurry. Stabilisers hold her steady at anchor, which matters more on a displacement hull than a planing one: a quiet night off a beach stays quiet.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, the beach club opens to a swimming platform, the sundeck carries a jacuzzi, and an outdoor cinema with sunpads gives the evening hours their own space. Below, a massage room and a hammam add a wellness deck to her plan, reached without ever leaving the boat.
Where she lies and how to see her
Lady Luna lies in San Remo, Italy. Boatcrowd arranges viewings and is present for each one, and once an offer is accepted, a survey and sea trial follow before handover. She also sails in our charter fleet, so a buyer who wants time aboard before committing can book a week through her charter page.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
