Build and provenance
She is a Maiora Walkaround, a flybridge motor yacht on a monohull, delivered in 2022. At 31 metres in length, with a beam of 7.5 metres, a draught of 1.9 metres and 210 gross tons, she has the interior volume to give a family of ten guests room to spread out rather than share close quarters.
Layout and accommodation
Five cabins sleep ten guests, and a crew of five look after them, an even split that puts two guests to each crew member without ever feeling overstaffed. One of those five cabins, the main suite, sits on the main deck rather than below, so the principal guests never climb down a level at the end of the evening.
Performance and engineering
Two 1,925 hp Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines cruise her at 20 knots with 25 available at full throttle, pace enough to make the run between anchorages part of the day rather than the reason for it. Stabilisers work both underway and at anchor, so the ride stays flat whether she is moving or moored for the night.
On deck and at anchor
The beach club opens onto the water, and a swimming platform and sun deck give guests places to dry off in the sun. A flybridge adds a second outdoor deck, with a jacuzzi and a barbecue for cooking without going below. An outdoor bar, a cinema and sunpads round out the ways a full day gets spent aboard, and wifi and air conditioning keep her comfortable and connected throughout.

Eden lies in Cannes, France. Boatcrowd sets up the viewing and is there with you for it, and once an offer is accepted, we bring in the surveyor and book the sea trial before the sale goes any further.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
