About ISA Granturismo 66M
Two MTU 12V4000M65L engines give the ISA Granturismo 66M a sixteen-knot cruise and a top speed of eighteen and a half knots, figures that mark her as a fast-displacement design rather than a slow ocean-crosser. ISA is building her now, in steel, for delivery in 2029, at sixty-six metres and 1,200 gross tonnes. Work is under way at the yard in Ancona.
Build and provenance
The Granturismo 66M is the newest evolution of ISA's Granturismo line, built in steel with exterior and interior design by Enrico Gobbi of Team for Design. At sixty-six metres, with an eleven-metre beam and a draft of 3.3 metres, she carries 1,200 gross tonnes, the volume a steel-hulled yacht of this length is built to hold. For a buyer, an in-build listing means ordering her ahead of completion, with delivery set for 2029.
Layout and accommodation
Fourteen guests are accommodated across seven staterooms, a full-beam master suite plus six further guest cabins, with a crew of fourteen to run her. A sky lounge doubles as a dining room, a gym or a panoramic lounge depending on the hour, and a wellness area with a spa completes the amenities.
Performance and engineering
Those two MTU 12V4000M65L engines also give her a range of about 4,500 nautical miles, distance built for long passages rather than short coastal hops. Pace and range together are the point of a displacement hull built at this length: sixteen knots to cover ground, with the tankage to keep going.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
