CDM Flexplorer 130 Motor Yacht
About CDM Flexplorer 130
A hull still taking shape on the yard floor already carries two design signatures. Francesco Paszkowski Design and Margherita Casprini are drawing her exterior lines, and Hydro Tec is shaping her interior, a pairing that gives the CDM Flexplorer 130 a settled identity before a single guest has stepped aboard. Cantiere Delle Marche is building her for delivery in 2029, a 39-metre explorer bound through to launch.
Build and provenance
She is a steel-and-aluminium monohull built in the explorer style, a construction chosen for long-range seakeeping rather than outright pace. At 453 gross tons across a 39-metre, 129-foot hull, an 8.6-metre beam and a 2.6-metre draft carry that volume low and wide, keeping her out of the shallowest anchorages while still built for open water. The CDM Flexplorer 130 is currently under construction, with delivery set for 2029.
Layout and accommodation
Fourteen guests are accommodated across five cabins, a mix planned for long stays aboard rather than day trips. Hydro Tec is shaping the interior around that same explorer brief: comfortable living over long stretches at sea.
Performance and engineering
Twin 746 kW Caterpillar C32 engines give her a 10-knot cruise and a 14-knot top speed, with a 7,000-nautical-mile range at the cruising figure, enough to cross an ocean rather than to run day trips between marinas.
Where she lies and how to see her
The CDM Flexplorer 130 is being built in Italy, at Cantiere Delle Marche's own yard, ahead of her 2029 delivery. Boatcrowd arranges viewings of the build and attends them with prospective buyers, and once an offer on a build slot is accepted, we coordinate the survey and sea trial in turn.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
