Build and provenance
Lady M II is a Crystal 140, a GRP-built displacement motor yacht that Benetti delivered in 2015. Zuretti Interior's designers set the interior and Righini Design drew the exterior lines, so the styling and the living spaces were planned as two separate briefs rather than one hand doing both. At 42 metres, a beam of 9.1 metres and 460 gross tons, she is built for the accommodation that follows below deck.

Twelve guests sleep across five cabins, looked after by a crew of seven, a ratio generous enough that service does not feel rationed even with every cabin full.
Performance and engineering
Two CAT C32 engines, each rated at 1,081 kW, cruise her at 14 knots and take her to 15 knots at full power, modest figures that suit a displacement hull built for range rather than a planing sprint. She carries a 4,000-nautical-mile range, enough to cross an ocean rather than hop between anchorages, with her speed and consumption matched to that distance rather than to short bursts.

Lady M II lies in Italy. Boatcrowd sets up every viewing and comes along to it, and once an offer is accepted, survey and sea trial are arranged before she changes hands.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
