Twin 3,460 hp MTU engines push H to a 19-knot cruise and 26 knots flat out, output that points to distance rather than idling at anchor. Benetti built her as a 42-metre yacht in its Fast series in 2015, with a 2023 refit since. She is RINA classed and MCA compliant, a yacht built to cross open water rather than just sit in a marina.
Build and provenance
Benetti built H in 2015, a GRP hull and superstructure suited to exactly this kind of open-water pace. Stefano Righini drew her interior, with a 2023 refit since delivery. Her RINA classification and MCA compliance mean the certification covers commercial charter as well as private use.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, led by a full-beam primary suite with its own sitting room and his-and-hers en-suites, a layout that gives the owner a private floor rather than just a bigger bedroom. A crew of ten runs the yacht, close to one crew member per guest, a ratio suited to charter work as much as private use.
Performance and engineering
The twin 3,460 hp MTU 12V4000M93L engines behind that 19-knot cruise and 26-knot top speed are matched with zero-speed stabilisers, so the same setup built for quick passages also holds her still at anchor. It is a specification built around comfort under way as much as comfort once the anchor is down.
On deck and at anchor
The Portuguese bow deck carries its own on-deck jacuzzi and a dining area set apart from the rest of the yacht, while the sun deck and swimming platform give guests two more ways to reach the water. A dedicated gym, an owner's study and a tender garage round out the spaces that keep the yacht self-contained on a longer charter or a long private cruise.
Where she lies and how to see her
H lies in Saint-Tropez, France. We show her in person and are on board for every viewing, and once an offer is accepted we organise the survey and put her through her paces on the sea trial. She also sails in our charter fleet, so a buyer can book a week aboard before deciding to buy her outright.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
