Baglietto Fast 50 Motor Yacht
About Baglietto Fast 50
A wide-body master cabin is the design decision that shapes the whole of the Baglietto Fast 50. Francesco Paszkowski drew two silk-screened hull windows into her sides, adding width to the cabin without breaking her profile from outside. Baglietto is building her in Italy, with delivery due in 2029.
Build and provenance
She is a monohull, a displacement motor yacht built in light alloy rather than steel or composite. Three full decks give her more usable volume than her length alone suggests, and continuous glazing on the main and upper deck saloons keeps the interior bright through the day.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep across five cabins, with a full-beam wide-body master suite, with a crew of nine to run the boat around them. That crew count on a 50-metre yacht points to a fuller service standard than a delivery crew alone.
Performance and engineering
Four MTU 16V2000 M96L engines drive her to a 24-knot cruise and a 30-knot top speed: pace built into a 50-metre hull for quick runs between anchorages rather than long ocean passages. At 500 gross tonnes, with a 9-metre beam and a 3.2-metre draught, she carries that performance on a substantial platform.
Where she lies and how to see her
The Fast 50 is under construction in Italy, with delivery due in 2029. Boatcrowd represents the sale and can arrange a yard visit as she takes shape; once an offer is accepted, survey and sea trial follow before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
