A yacht built around one deck rather than several is a specific kind of lifestyle choice, and Azimut Grande 26 M makes it. Her Deck2Deck design lets the aft main deck extend outward, turning the cockpit into one continuous space for a party rather than a series of separate rooms. She was delivered in 2024, with exterior lines by Alberto Mancini and interiors by Achille Salvagni.
Build and provenance
She is a Grande 26M, 26 metres long and 122 gross tonnes, with a carbon fibre and GRP hull and superstructure that keeps her weight down without giving up strength. Alberto Mancini drew her exterior and Achille Salvagni her interiors, and she is built to CE Category A classification. With no refit on record, she is still in the specification delivered in 2024.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins in total: her master suite occupies the main deck, and the other four are arranged on the deck below, one of them fitted with a pullman berth for an extra guest. Every cabin has its own ensuite, finished in Iroko wood flooring, a marble counter top and a full-height mirror concealing a Smart TV. Three crew work behind a dedicated passageway with direct galley access, keeping service out of the guests' way rather than through it.
Performance and engineering
Twin MAN V12 engines of 1,550 hp each drive her through a ZF pod system rather than conventional shafts, for a 23-knot cruise and 28 knots flat out, with up to 15 percent better efficiency than a shaft installation would give and less noise and vibration to live with under way. Twin Mase generators of 27 kW each support extended cruising, and the pod's manoeuvrability makes close-quarters maneuvers and marina docking easier for an owner-operator.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, the swimming platform doubles as a launch point for two water toys, one stowed in the garage and the other kept on the platform itself, so both are ready without shuffling gear before a swim stop. A zero-speed stabiliser keeps the flybridge level at anchor, which matters when the entertaining happens up there as much as it does on the main deck.

- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
