Build and provenance
She is listed as new stock: a current-production Azimut Grande 36M measuring 118 feet on a 36 metre hull, with a 7.5 metre beam. She is a monohull, built in the flybridge configuration standard to the model.
Layout and accommodation
Tycoon's own layout advantage is structural: the flybridge adds a full extra deck above the saloon, so a family aboard has somewhere separate to sit or eat without stacking everyone into one room.
Performance and engineering
Twin 2,400 hp MTU 16V2000 M96 diesels do the work, and stabilisers are fitted so she sits level whether she is moving or moored.
On deck and at anchor
A beach club opens her to the water at the waterline, a sundeck gives a place to lie in the sun, and a barbecue point keeps meals outdoors when the weather allows. Below, a wine cellar and underwater lights round out the evening: one for the table, one for the view over the side.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
