About Pantera
Two owners in total have run Pantera since Azimut delivered her in 2019, and neither ever offered her for charter. That kind of continuity leaves a mark: she has passed her five-year special survey and holds a clean RINA class certificate, the paperwork of a yacht kept current rather than let slip.
Build and provenance
Azimut built Pantera as part of its Grande 35M series, a tri-deck planing motor yacht styled by Stefano Righini with naval architecture by PLANA Design. Her hull and superstructure combine carbon fibre with GRP, built to carry the performance her engines deliver. Achille Salvagni Architetti designed the interiors.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep across five cabins, with a crew of six looking after them. The full-beam master suite occupies the main deck, its study and dressing room opening to an ensuite and a fold-out balcony that brings the sea into the room. Two VIP cabins and two twin cabins, fitted with Pullman berths, complete the guest accommodation on the lower deck, with crew quarters kept separate from the guest decks.
Performance and engineering
Twin MTU 16V 2000 M93 engines, each rated at 2,400 hp, push Pantera to a top speed of 25.5 knots and a 21-knot cruise, numbers that belong to a planing hull rather than a slower displacement one. Zero-speed stabilisers work both underway and at anchor, holding the ride steady whether she is making way or sitting still off a beach.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, fold-down balconies open several rooms to the water, a jacuzzi sits forward on a private sun pad area, and the sundeck forms a third, more secluded level above the main social spaces. The beach club at water level gives direct access for swimming, and sunpads elsewhere on board mean there is always a spot to lie in the sun.

Pantera lies in Genoa, Italy. Boatcrowd sets up viewings and is on hand for them, and a survey and sea trial follow once an offer on her is accepted.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
