About Ocean One
A bow that opens into an infinity pool and a stern that opens into a beach club give Ocean One two different ways to be on the water within the same 36 metres. Azimut delivered this Grande 36M in 2023, and a buyer gets both ends of the boat built around time in the sea rather than just passing through it.
Build and provenance
Ocean One is an Azimut Grande 36M, finished with carbon fibre alongside GRP in the hull, construction chosen to keep weight down and lower emissions. Alberto Mancini drew her exterior lines and Achille Salvagni designed the interiors, a pairing that gives her a distinct profile outside and a considered finish within.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep across five cabins: a full-beam suite for the owner, a pair of VIP cabins, and two further twins that convert to doubles with Pullman berths. A crew of six lives aboard to run the boat. Three decks hold the living space, with a lounge and sundeck above and the main salon and dining area below.
Performance and engineering
Twin MTU engines rated at 2,186 hp each, with 1,375 hours run so far, give Ocean One a 14-knot cruise and 21 knots flat out. CMC zero-speed stabilisers keep her steady both at anchor and under way. Beam is 7.6 metres, and a two-metre draft keeps shallower anchorages within reach. A 3,500-litre fresh water tank supports days spent away from a marina.
On deck and at anchor
The beach club at the stern extends further than a fold-down platform, turning swimming into an activity rather than an afterthought. The infinity pool sits forward on the bow, giving sunbathing a space of its own, apart from the aft entertaining areas.

Ocean One lies in the South of France. A viewing is arranged through us and we are there for it; an accepted offer is followed by survey and sea trial, then delivery.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
