Build and provenance
Azimut built Iryna in 2019 as a Grande 35M, a monohull flybridge design, and she has since been refitted by Ifestos Marine Works, work that keeps her systems current rather than left as delivered. Her interior was drawn by Salvagni Architetti, a light palette and wide glazing that keeps the saloon bright rather than closed in beneath the flybridge deck. At 242 gross tonnes on a 7.7-metre beam and a 3.1-metre draught, she carries a hull built to stay level rather than to chase headline tonnage.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests are accommodated across five cabins aboard Iryna. On deck, an alfresco dining area and a bar give owners a place to entertain without heading below.
Performance and engineering
Twin MTU V12-1400 engines, rated at 1400hp each, give Iryna a 22-knot cruise and a 28-knot top speed, quick enough to make an open-water run feel like a fast transit rather than a slow plod. Zero-speed stabilisers keep at-anchor evenings level too.
On deck and at anchor
The alfresco dining deck doubles as the main gathering space outdoors, and a jet ski is carried among the toys for time spent off the yacht rather than on her.

- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
