Azimut delivered Heed, a Grande 35M, in 2019 at 35 metres and 114 feet, and she is offered for sale from Split while she keeps her place in Boatcrowd's charter fleet, based in Capri and sailing Italy, France, Monaco, Malta and Croatia.
Build and provenance
She is a flybridge motor yacht on a monohull, built to Azimut's 2019 specification at 35 metres, 114 feet, with a beam of 7.5 metres. That beam gives her the volume for a full guest and crew complement without crowding anyone, on deck or below.
Layout and accommodation
Eleven guests sleep across five cabins, and a crew of six looks after them, a ratio generous enough to keep service unhurried at full capacity, whether she is under charter or private ownership. It is the same crew-to-guest balance her charter clients already rely on each week.
Performance and engineering
She cruises at 21 knots and reaches 26 knots at full speed, enough pace to reposition between anchorages within a day without losing time to the passage. That combination of speed and reach across Italy, France, Monaco, Malta and Croatia is what her charter programme is built on.

Heed lies in Split, Croatia. Boatcrowd sets up each viewing and is on hand throughout, and once an offer is accepted the survey and sea trial follow before handover. She is already part of our charter fleet, sailing out of Capri across Italy, France, Monaco, Malta and Croatia, so a buyer can book a week aboard under charter before deciding to own her.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
