About H2O
Owning H2O means keeping a crew of six aboard, in their own quarters, to run a 116-foot yacht built for long stretches away from a marina rather than day trips out and back. Alpha Custom Yachts delivered her in 2023, an aluminium-hulled motor yacht with the range and tankage to back up that scale.

Alpha Custom Yachts delivered her in 2023 as a bespoke 116-foot aluminium-hulled motor yacht, built to spec with long passages as the priority rather than the weekly marina run. The hull form shows in her range and tankage: a boat drawn to cover distance without compromise.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep in five cabins, and a crew of six look after them from three cabins of their own, a ratio that keeps a full guest list properly attended without crowding anyone. The layout gives the living spaces room to breathe rather than packing cabins in to maximise the count.
Performance and engineering
Twin MAN engines, offered as either a 1,650 hp V12 or a 1,300 hp V8, give her a cruising speed of 14.7 knots and a top speed of 16 knots. Her range of 2,400 nautical miles at 10 knots and fuel capacity to mean a passage does not have to be planned around the next fuel stop, and 4,000 litres of water capacity keep a full crew and guest list self-sufficient for days at anchor.
On deck and at anchor
A plunge pool and a dedicated al fresco dining table sit on deck, alongside a sundeck for the hours when no one wants to be anywhere else. They are the spaces a yacht this size is actually run for, once the passage is over and the anchor is down.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
