A recent build year answers a question many buyers ask straight away: how much of a yacht's working life is still ahead of her. W of Jersey left the yard in 2023 with no refit entry on her record, so a buyer takes on a specification that has barely changed since delivery. She is a Sunseeker 90 Ocean, offered for sale from Sotogrande in Spain.
Build and provenance
She is a monohull flybridge built to the 90 Ocean specification, the model that widened the beam and moved the bow forward to add interior volume, a change made compared with the flybridge yachts it replaced. At 120 gross tonnes over 27 metres (89 feet), she carries that extra volume without adding to her overall length, which is what a buyer gains when a yard redesigns a hull rather than simply lengthens it.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins sleep eight guests aboard her, and a crew of four live aboard to run the yacht, close to one crew member per cabin. Her main-deck saloon is styled to feel more like a room in a house than a boat cabin, one of the changes made to the 90 Ocean's interior.
Performance and engineering
Twin 1,900 hp MAN V12 engines give her a top speed of 32 knots, enough for point-to-point runs along the coast rather than long open-water passages. Fuel and water tanks sized at 13,000 and 1,500 litres keep her self-sufficient at anchor for days without a trip back to a marina.
On deck and at anchor
The beach club opens the stern for time by the water, with a BBQ and foredeck seating for meals outside and a spa for quieter moments. A stern thruster, underwater lights and sunpads round out the bathing platform, and air conditioning keeps the cabins comfortable below.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
